If you are trying to calibrate to BPI 2400, fuel usage entries are required for all fuel sources in the home. This includes electricity, gas, wood, LP, heating oil, etc.
If you enter 12 months history of electric and gas bills, there is still a risk of encountering an error suite like this:
First, verify the usage data covers at least 355 days. If the usage data does cover at least 355 days, this error will occur if the most recent read date/end date of any fuel - electricity, gas, wood, propane - is after the most recent weather station update.
Weather station data gets updated weekly. To be safe, it is best to be sure the most recent meter read dates or delivered fuel end dates are at least 10 days old. For example, on February 25, the most recent read date or fuel end date should be February 15, like this:
If the most recent electric or gas read date is within 10 days of today, move billing cycles back one month to be sure the most recent read date is at least 10 days ago, and meter reads cover at least 355 days.
