Adding Company Users
Updated over a year ago

After you have created the company account, you may then add as many users as needed at no additional cost.

This includes admins, contractors, support staff, part-time staff, etc. Anyone added to an account in Snugg Pro is considered a USER of the app.

Each User can then have various roles, permissions, titles, and certifications attached to their user profile.

For billings, the first name on the Company account (usually the person that opened the new Company) will be shown as the billing contact person. Please contact Snugg if you would like a different person to be the billing contact.

To add users to your company account, click on the Settings button from the left sidebar, then Your Companies.

After clicking on Your Companies, open the company card by clicking on the pencil icon. (You may have more than one company so each company will have its own company card).

Click on the Users tab

Then click on the "Invite a new user" link

Fill out the form with the email address of the invitee, title, and then choose the permissions for that person - either “User”, "Super User" or “Admin”.

If at any time you need to edit the permission status for a team member, if you are an admin, just click on the 'change role' button to the right of the title.

The invitee will receive an email invitation to join the company. They need to simply click the link in the email, and it will take them to the correct destination for your company, and ask them to sign in with the email in the invitation, and a password of their choice. It is mandatory that you use Google Chrome as your browser for this action. Other browsers will create an invalid link in the email.

Troubleshooting email invitations

  1. If you logged into your account - and a new user tries to accept an invitation on the same machine it will duplicate your account instead of adding a new one for them. This is quite common in a training situation.

  2. Since invitation emails are automated emails, they could (on rare occasions) end up in the user's spam or junk box. If necessary, you can re-send the invitation manually by clicking on 'Resend invite manually" from the list of 'Pending invites' located at the bottom of the same 'Users' screen: You can also use the garbage can to delete a pending invite that is no longer valid.
