Create a New Job
Updated over 9 months ago

Begin by logging into Snuggpro.com.

Click on “Log In” and proceed with entering your Snugg ID.
Once entered, this will take you directly to the main Jobs page that was created by your company administrator.
Go to the job header and click on the “New Job” orange button on the far right.

This will open the “Create a Job” screen.

The Company and Account (the Contractor) are automatically filled in, but they can be changed (read more about Unassigned Jobs below). The information on the side billing screen is taken from the company information.

Only Programs that you have been approved for will show on the drop-down list.

The Stage of the job will be either LEAD, AUDIT, or QA, this can be updated as you progress with the job.

Appointment date is required.

First click on the small square to open the calendar. It will reflect today’s date and is easily changed.

Start With

Choose either “Blank Job” to start from scratch or “Template Job” if you or your company have created any generic or specialized templates.

(You will not be able to switch to a template job later, you would have to delete the job and start over). If you choose Template, the following screen will open with your choices.

Customer Contact Info

Please note that changing the name and address on a job is only permitted one time. The email or phone may be updated at any time.

Alternate Job Id

This is sometimes required by your company or program if there is a in-house numbering system.

Since there are restrictions on changing some information on a job, you have the chance to preview the information. If the information needs to be edited at this time, simply close the screen with the X button and continue with the edits. When the information is correct, please click "Confirm and Create."

Once you click on the Confirm and Create button, you will be taken to the new job input screen.

Congrats, you've created you first new job!

Unassigned Jobs

Program users can choose to create a job that is assigned to a Company, but not a specific account. This can be a good way to delegate jobs to Trade Allies even if you don't know the name of the specific person who will take on the job. To do this, select the correct Company and select "Unassigned" in the "Assign to Account" drop down, then complete the rest of the required job information as described above. Once created, the Admin accounts in the Company the Job is assigned to will be notified that a new, unassigned job has been created for them. Read more about Viewing Unassigned Jobs.
