Financing Templates / Loan Products
Updated over a year ago

If you are an admin for your company account, you may create unlimited financing templates for loan products. These loan products are then available for your team members to select for various jobs.

To create the financing templates, click on the Settings button at the lower left sidebar, and click Financing Templates.

On this section of the app, you create reusable loan products (templates) that are shared with your company.

Click the 'Add a reusable financing product' button to open the template for a new product.

Copy Existing:
Once you have created at least one product, then you have the option to copy that template for additional products.

For Company:
You can select to share this template with only one company.

Loan Fields:
The template gives you ghosted examples of the data that is needed for each field. All of the fields except for the Eligibility Requirements are visible to the homeowner.

Once you finish the template and click on the "add financing product" button, your templates will be displayed as a card file. Click on the pencil icon to open and edit them.

Editing the Financing Templates:
You may edit financing templates, making sure you click the save button.

Any edits you make to the template will not automatically update existing jobs. You must treat an edited financing template as you would a brand new one. To bring the new edited financing template into the job (or to update a job template) you must "Add a financing product" to the financing section of the job or job template.

Deleting a Template:
The financing templates cannot be deleted. This is to protect any job that may have used the product. However, if you have several unwanted templates, please contact support for assistance on clearing the unwanted templates.

Once you complete a template, it is instantly available on the finance section for jobs.

Click on Show to display on the homeowner report. Each report may have up to 3 loan products selected.
