Adding a Credit Card to your company account
To enter a credit card to your company account, you must have admin status. There can be only one credit card per company. Please review βPricing & Billingsβ for additional information.
Click on the Settings button on the lower left sidebar.
Click on Your Companies, then open the company card by clicking the pencil icon
Click on the Billing tab
Fill out the billing information. As soon as you click the Submit button the credit card information will be encrypted.
Below is a screenshot of what the billing info looks like after encryption.
Please remember to keep your credit card up to date. If a payment is declined, a declined code is added to your account that will prevent you from creating additional jobs. If that happens, just update the card, and let us know that it has been updated. Even if you are on monthly billings a valid credit card must be in place.
