A new feature has been added to “Your Profile”.

You can now work with several different companies and have only one login email. This new feature allows you to display your email and title differently for each company if needed.

Go to Settings / Your Profile / Preferences

In this example, Joe has only one login email, the preferences feature allows him to display a different email address and/or title for each company, which will be displayed on the homeowner report.

This does not change your user status.

You can be an admin on one account, and a user on a different account. User status is handled in a different manner by company admins & Snugg support.

If you currently have multiple email logins for different companies and wish to combine those - please contact support for assistance.
