While you are filling out the data in the report section, the Job Alerts will let you know when or if there are any concerns.

Click on the Alert button to open.

Warnings

The most common is the unmodeled changes. Letting you know that the job must be modeled to bring it up to date, however, you are not required to model the job until you are finished.

Click on the X to close the alert.

Miscellaneous Alerts will occur as you move through the report. Once you are familiar with the requirements, you will no longer have these, except for the need to model the job.

Once these errors are fixed, the alerts will clear automatically.
