Data Alerts / Job Alerts
While you are filling out the data in the report section, the Job Alerts will let you know when or if there are any concerns.
Click on the Alert button to open.
The most common alert occurs after making changes to a job, a reminder to remodel to ensure the most precise results in your job.
Alerts
There are two types of alerts.
The first type of alert you can choose to address or disregard them at your own discretion. They do not fundamentally impact modeling results and will not prevent modeling or affect calibration results.
These warnings are categorized as “Warnings.”
The most common examples of these are system capacity warnings and thermostat range set point warnings.
The second type of alert must be addressed and fixed before modeling and before a project can properly calibrate. These can and do fundamentally impact or prevent modeling.
These warnings are labeled as "Problems" and categorized as “Blockers.”
The most common examples of these are conditioned area errors, ceiling and foundation area errors, or data adequacy errors for BPI-2400 projects.
Additional miscellaneous alerts will occur as you move through the report. Once you are familiar with the requirements, you will no longer have these, except for the need to model the job.

Once these errors are fixed, remodel and the errors should clear. If not, try doing a hard refresh on the web page (PC: Ctrl+F5; Mac: Cmd+Shift+R). Sometimes the calibration errors get stuck in the web cache and that clears them.
