The data for the Tech Specs section of the homeowner report is taken from the Input screen. This data reflects the state of the home on the first inspection, or the Base values. None of the recommendations for improvements or data from the Refine screen display in the Tech Specs.
Homeowners may like to see this information as it gives them a sense of comfort knowing that the whole house has been reviewed. Reiterate this page does not include any improvements or modeled results based on the recommended suite of improvements. If however, you want to turn the tech specs off on a homeowner report go to report/settings/pages.
