Audit Stage (test in)

  • fill out the input fields with the current data of the home (this is your base/existing values)

  • model the job

  • go to the refine screen and decline all recommendations that do not apply

  • edit all recommendations that you are going to submit.

    • title, cost, captions and photos, notes, base & improved (predicted values)

  • model the job again.

  • submit the job with a pdf &/or xml file.

  • an Audit XML report may be downloaded if the job is set to one of the following stages:

    • Lead

    • Audit

    • Bid Proposed

    • Bid Approved

    • Uncategorized

  • the title within the xml report for the audit stage is: "Proposed Workscope"

Retrofit Stage (test out)

  • Go to the refine screen and edit the improved values of each recommendation.

  • Decline all recommendations that were not installed.

  • Click to open each recommendation. Edit the improved value to reflect the test out figures. Base values should always stay the same throughout the report, other than special circumstances or to correct initial data.

  • Check any Additional Notes to see if they need to be declined for the retrofit report.

  • Use Notes to Homeowners to add additional information regarding the retrofit.

  • Use Notes to Contractors to add test in / test out stats if necessary.

  • Be sure to edit the costs to reflect items that were actually installed in the home.

  • Model it after the above changes have been made.

  • submit the job with a pdf &/or xml file.

  • a Retrofit XML report may be downloaded if the job is set to one of the following stages:

    • Retrofit Complete

    • QA

  • the title within the xml report for the Retrofit stage is: "Job Completion testing/final inspection"
