The most important element of printing or saving the homeowner report is to be sure that you are using Google Chrome as your default internet browser! Download it here free.
On the sidebar, click Report to open up the report options at the top of the page.
This gives you a preview of the report (that you can scroll through), plus the list of the report pages on the left column. If you have forgotten to turn on or off any pages, you may do it now by viewing Report Pages.
PRINT pages or full report
You have the option to print any individual page from your report column by clicking the small print icon that is next to the page title.
The individual page will immediately go to a preview screen ready to print. (If an individual subject has multiple pages, all of the pages of that subject will print e.g., Work Order).
Or you can click on the Preview button the top of page, which gives you a preview of the entire report, and additional options to print / pdf the entire report.
EMAIL option
This option lets you generate a PDF and a public link to the PDF that is valid for 1 year. When the PDF and link is ready, you'll be alerted and prompted to click on 'Email PDF'. This will populate an email with everything you need. You can further customize the email as needed before sending it.
PDF option
Snugg has a PDF generator built in, you will receive a message that it is processing, and a message when it is ready.
Click on 'PDF' to download the report. Previously you had to first click on 'View/Print and then save as PDF from your browser's print dialog window. This system did not allow many mobile devices to generate PDFs reliably since mobile browsers are terrible at generating PDFs. Now you can click the PDF button to ask our servers to reliably generate the PDF for you from any device.
