Note: This feature applies to programs and company who use Snugg Pro's Worfklow.

What Snugg Pro emails you about

Snugg Pro notifies you when a relevant Workflow ticket changes status.

You can turn those email notifications on or off at anytime by going to Settings > Your Profile > Emails.

What it means for program-level users

For external Workflow tickets (visible by trade allies), if you have interacted with a ticket, you will be notified of the following status changes:

  • Submitted for Review

  • Closed Resolved

  • Closed Unresolved

For internal Workflow tickets (visible only by program users), if you have interacted with a ticket, you will be notified of the following status changes:

  • Submitted for Review

  • Changes Requested

  • Closed Resolved

  • Closed Unresolved

What it means for company-level users

For Workflow tickets within your jobs and any ticket you have interacted with, you will be notified of the following status changes:

  • Changes Requested

  • Closed Resolved

  • Closed Unresolved

  • Submitted for Review

How Snugg Pro determines whether to email you about a Workflow ticket status change

Snugg Pro will notify you about a ticket if you meet any of these criteria:

  • You posted a comment to the ticket

  • You uploaded one or more file to the ticket

  • You changed the ticket's status

  • You are the company user of the ticket's related job
