Programs who offer Home Performance with Energy Star® can opt to make the certificate of completion available in the Snugg Pro homeowner report.
For example, Focus on Energy (Wisconsin) offers the certificate as part of their home performance program.

Explanation of the certificate of completion

If you work within a program that offers the certificate, you will be able to toggle the page on from the standard 'Settings' popover on the Report screen. See below:
How it works
In order to obtain the certificate of completion (in elligible programs), the job must meet all of the following conditions:
1. The job's stage history must have been moved to the stage 'Retrofit Complete' at least once in the past.
2. The job's current stage must be Retrofit Complete, QA or it must be in an archived stage.
3. The field 'Work performed by' must not be blank
4. The field "Work verified by" must not be blank
Failing to meet all four of the above conditions will result in a 'SAMPLE' watermark and an error message explaining the given error. See screenshot below for an example:
