We have updated the label options for the Now & Goal section that shows in each Measure.
Depending on the stage of the job, you now have an option of "Then and Now".
You can find the options in Report Settings / Elements.
There are now four options for the label:
Hide | Now & Goal | Then & Now | Auto
'Auto' is driven by the job stage.
If you set your jobs to "Auto" this is the behavior:
'Now and Goal' is used when the job is in the following stage:
Lead
Audit
Bid Proposed
Bid Approved
Retrofit in Progress
Archived Lost
Uncategorized
'Then and Now' is used when the job is in the following stages:
Retrofit Complete
QA
Archived Won
'Auto' is not an option for additional notes. The options for the additional notes labels are static, not automatic.
All jobs are still set to the original label setting of 'Now & Goal'.
You have the option to change your templates to Auto label if you like that choice. Or you can just change individual jobs as you see fit.
